GENERAL COURSE DESCRIPTION

How will cities, waste and recycling businesses ensure compliance with AB341?How will employees be trained on the responsibilities of cities, businesses and the State? This class is designed to provide training for customer service, sales representatives and waste auditors to assist them in understanding these responsibilities on how to comply with AB341.The class will cover the range of topics and frequently asked questions expected to be raised regarding AB341 to ensure that those individuals interacting with the public will be able to adequately and accurately assist clients with questions on AB341 programs and policies in their community.
